[Indications] Treatment of oral and/or esophageal candidiasis in patients with positive or compromised immune systems. The occurrence of deep fungal infections can be prevented in patients with hematological malignancies, bone marrow transplants, and patients who are expected to develop neutropenia (i.e., neutropenia). For neutropenic patients with fever and suspected systemic mycosis, itraconazole injection can be used as a sequential therapy for empirical treatment.
[Usage and Dosage] In order to achieve optimal absorption, this product should not be taken with food. Do not eat for at least an hour after taking this medicine. For oral and/or esophageal candidiasis, this oral solution should be swished in the mouth for about a second before swallowing. Do not rinse your mouth with other liquids after swallowing.
. To treat oral and/or esophageal candidiasis, take orally (measuring cup or cup) daily, in divided doses, for weeks. If it is ineffective after taking it for a week, it should be taken for another week. For the treatment of fluconazole-resistant oral and/or esophageal candidiasis, take by mouth (measuring cup or cup) once daily for 1 week.
